2. What is the MOQ for your factory ?
Generally speaking, it depends, for example , the MOQ for hotel amenities item is 5000PCS each .Other hotel articles we have different MOQ requirement, some very large hotel looby article you can even order only one pcs, flexible policy, of course we will be very glad to discuss with you.

3 .What is your production leading time?
If the order go without logo, it will take about 20-25 days for each order.
If the order go with logo, it will take a bit longer.
If for large hotel new project, the time will be slightly longer.
For urgent or rush order, we can try to adjust the production schedule accordingly.

4. What is the shipping and How much time take to EU main ports or USA, middle east etc?
Shipping options is upon customer's requirement, by sea or by air, for urgent order, delivery by air is necessary, express courier (DHL, UPS, *** etc.) will be sometimes recommended for samples or small quantity order, for usual order, delivery by sea will be more suitable which is safe and cheap, but it take sometime.

Generally speaking, you can check the following time to some areas:
Asia: 5-7 days
Middle East: 13-17 days
Europe: 25-30 days
North& South America: 25-35 days
Australia: 12-17days
Africa: 25-35 days

5. What is the shipping rate?
For the shipping, we can get very competitive freight for our clients, as we have cooperated with our forwarder for a long time. You can check the shipping cost from us before you make order. Our shipping term is mainly CIF basis, but the destination port local charges will not be included . If you need, we can let you know approximate local charge, just give you an rough idea .

6. What is your terms of payment?
Our terms of payment is 50% upon PI, balance before shipping.

7. What you will do for safe package during the transportation?
For small items, we have strong carton box. And each item will go with opp bag or bubble bag. For some large hotel article or some fragile ones, we will make extra wood box or wood bracket to protect the carton from damage.
